So the inevitable happened to me a couple of months ago. I weighed myself on my scale and discovered to my horror that I had gained 20 pounds.

How did THAT happen?

For the past two years, I was at my thinnest. I was also in the best shape of my life. I was in better shape than when I was at 18 years old (and I'm 41 now). 

Buf if I was really truthful with myself (and I mean REALLY truthful), I could see how the 20 pounds were gained........

Surviving "Survivor Bootcamp"


Survivor BootcampSo I returned to Survivor Boot camp last week - and yes, it was hard. And yes, I hurt this week. I could not believe how out of shape I am! It's only been two months since I was exercising, but can see how doing absolutely nothing in those two months can really catch up with a person - and fast.

So I have ten pounds to lose and my goal is to have them lost by the end of June...

Sticking To It


Woman RunningWell the first three days of Boot Camp has been absolutely amazing. I say amazing because it has opened my eyes as to how "out of shape" I truly am, but more importantly, it has shown me my true potential.

Boot Camp


BootcampTomorrow I start my first Boot Camp. I have been thinking about doing something just for me for the past few months and finally decided on Bootcamp to shock my body in to shape.

The Bootcamp is meant to push you in to doing things you wouldn't normally do. And the one I am doing is very demanding, very relentless and will help me jump start in to a program that will make me feel better about myself....
